The restaurant quickly became a regional favorite, attracting a loyal crowd of local customers and putting La Posada on the culinary map in South Texas.

Before his tenure at La Posada, Robbins led the repositioning of the historic Emily Morgan Hotel in San Antonio, Texas, as a top-ranked luxury boutique hotel in a highly competitive market-establishing it as the jewel of the downtown Historic District.
